Our new and improved loyalty program has officially launched. Here’s what we have in store for our top customers:

Account Credits
Spending-based account credits are granted based on calendar year spending from January 1st through December 31st. For 2024, account credits are granted based on calendar spending starting November 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2024. Gold Tier clients receive an additional $20 credit for each $2,000 in additional spending ($7K, 9K, $11K, etc.). Referral-based account credits are granted when clients refer new customers who book and pay for more than $100 in pet care or grooming services – excluding tips. Account credits can be used for pet sitting, dog walking, and mobile grooming services – with no blackout periods. Account credits expire on December 31st in the year in which they were granted. Account credits are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed or refunded as cash.

Cancellation Waivers
Cancellation waivers apply only to pet care services and do not apply to mobile grooming services. Blue Tier clients will have non-holiday cancellation fees waived for up to six drop in visits or one home stay days – per calendar year. Silver Tier clients will have non-holiday cancellation fees waived for up to 12 drop in visits or two home stay days – per calendar year. Gold Tier clients will have non-holiday cancellation fees waived for up to 20 drop in visits or three home stay days – per calendar year.

Holiday Booking Guarantees
Blue Tier clients are guaranteed to be able to book up to 3 drop in visits per day for any holiday period booked at least 30 days in advance of the first visit. Silver Tier clients are guaranteed to be able to book up to three drop in visits per day for any holiday period booked at least 21 days in advance of the first visit. Gold Tier clients are guaranteed to be able to book up to three drop in visits per day for any holiday period booked at least 14 days in advance. In the event we can’t honor this guarantee, we will credit your account $100. Home stays are not eligible for this guarantee.
