Firstly, we want to thank you for your business. We understand that leaving your pets and your home in the care of a pet sitter can be a scary proposition, so we do our very best to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Here’s a few things to keep in mind:
We require a completed client agreement, client profile, and pet profile before you leave. Links to complete these documents are sent via email when you make your first booking.
All of our clients and pet sitters are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy. For a copy of this policy, please contact us.
We require two keys, or an entry code and one key for electronic locks. If you only have one key, we can make an additional key for $8.00. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will keep your keys for future visits. If you’d like to pickup your keys from our location, there is no charge. If you’d like us to drop off your keys after you arrive home, there is a $10 trip charge.
Payment is due at the first visit for vacation pet sitting clients, and at the start of the service week for dog walk clients. We accept cash, credit or debit card, and Venmo payments.
Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.
