Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts

On September 26th, Hurricane Helene delivered a devastating blow to many communities in the Western North Carolina Mountains. This emergency hits our hearts, especially as our family was directly impacted – Amanda’s dad lives in Rutherfordton and one of our daughters is in her senior year at App State.

The aftermath of Helene is beginning to disappear from the news cycle, but the residents of these communities will need assistance in the weeks and months ahead. Which is why we are partnering with our good friends at Carolina Heavy Transport to send supplies up the hill to families with pets in need. Currently, we’re accepting:

  • Cash donations (100% of which will be used to purchase dog food, cat food, and cat litter)
  • New, unopened containers of dog food, cat food, and cat litter – delivered to CHT’s facility in Apex

If you’d like to donate, please use the form below to make your pledge, and a member of our team will follow up with you ASAP. Thank you for your help!
